What you’re stocking
Garden Alchemy makes hand-blended fragrance body oil in small, finite batches. Every oil is blended in-house by a named member of our team, the Alchemists, and every batch is made once.
That scarcity is what drives the brand. Our direct customers are trained on a fixed release calendar and buy on the day a scent drops, because that batch will not be made again.
The wholesale range is built differently on purpose. The ten fragrances we open to partners are our proven year-round sellers, batched continuously so your shelf stays fillable and your reorders stay predictable. You get the brand’s pull without inheriting its scarcity, and the product on your shelf is still not something a shopper can find discounted three clicks later.
Provenance
Each fragrance is credited to the Alchemist who created it, by name, and that Alchemist earns a share of the revenue their blend generates. It is a real maker story, and it is the strongest thing your staff can lead with at the counter.
Format
Fragrance body oil in a skin-conditioning carrier base. Worn on the body, layered, or used as a lighter alternative to alcohol-based fragrance. Every wholesale unit is a full-size 4 oz bottle at $40 retail.
Who it sells to
Fragrance-curious customers who have aged out of mass body sprays and are not ready for designer bottle pricing. Skews strongly toward gifting and self-purchase repeat, at a price point that reads as a treat rather than a decision.
How it sells
Scent sells by being smelled. Every account gets a free full-size tester of each fragrance it stocks, replaceable on request every 30 days, so customers can try before they buy without you opening sellable inventory.
Our new fragrance drops, released on the 1st and 21st of each month, are direct-to-consumer exclusives and are not available at wholesale. Neither are the Alchemist Series or holiday releases. The wholesale range is drawn from ten proven year-round fragrances, so you are never buying into an assortment that disappears mid-season.

A shopper who finds one scent they like buys one bottle. A shopper who gets to compare six buys the one they love and remembers where they found it. We would rather see ten units each across eight scents than forty units each across two.

Round up and pay less
The discount applies to every unit once a tier is crossed, so some quantities below a threshold cost more than ordering up.

- 190 units costs $4,560 where 200 costs $4,000, a $560 saving on thirty more bottles.

Building an order
Fifty bottles minimum on any order, and every fragrance ordered in multiples of ten. No required assortment — mix the range however suits the shop.

Ten fragrances is not an accident of the assortment, it is the arithmetic of the program. Ten of each puts you at exactly 100 units and Tier Two. Twenty of each puts you at exactly 200 and Tier Three. Whichever depth suits your shop, buying the complete range is the cleanest way to reach the next price.
Reorders follow the same rules. Tier is calculated per order and volume does not accumulate across orders. Accounts with no order activity for 12 months move to inactive and are re-approved as new.
The sample program
Fragrance does not sell from a photograph. Put half the minimum order down, smell the full range on your own counter, and settle the balance when you decide to carry us. If it is not a fit, keep the bottles and take the difference back.

How the deposit applies
Your $700 puts ten full-size bottles on your counter, $400 at retail, and is credited against your opening order at full value whatever tier you land in. A 50-unit order at Tier One leaves a $700 balance. A 100-unit order at Tier Two leaves $1,700.
If you decide not to proceed
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the deposit less the wholesale value of the bottles, which are yours to keep. Ten bottles at our Tier One price of $28 is $280, so $420 comes back to you. You are never charged more than wholesale for product you keep. Original freight is not refunded.
Counter testers
The ten bottles received on deposit are the counter testers. Accounts that skip sampling and order directly receive a full-size tester for every fragrance on the opening order instead. Testers are never billed and never count toward the 50-unit minimum. Replacements are free on request once every 30 days per location. Testers may not be resold, decanted, discounted, or given away as samples.
Growing the account
Seasonal collections and limited releases are held back from wholesale, but established partners earn access: early notice before releases go live, a pre-allocated share of limited SKUs rather than a scramble on release day, and first look at the coming season. Partners qualify after 6 months as an active account in good standing, at least 3 reorders beyond the opening order, consistent adherence to the pricing policy, and a visible retail presence for the brand.
Allocation is finite and not guaranteed in any season. When a limited SKU is oversubscribed it is allocated across qualified partners by trailing purchase volume.
Terms
Account and payment
Open to brick-and-mortar retail, licensed spas and salons, and curated independent e-commerce. Valid resale certificate on file before the first order ships. First three orders prepaid by card or ACH; Net 30 available after three settled orders, subject to approval. A $700 sampling deposit, where taken, is credited in full against the opening order or refunded less the Tier One wholesale value of the bottles retained. Applications reviewed within 2 business days.
Pricing policy
Every stockist-range fragrance carries a retail price of $40. Product may not be discounted, marked down, bundled, couponed, or included in a storewide promotion without written approval. Garden Alchemy does not discount its own core range. We may decline further orders from accounts that do not observe this policy.
Where you may sell
Your physical retail locations and your own branded website. Third-party marketplaces are prohibited — Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Temu, Faire resale, TikTok Shop, and any dropship or reseller arrangement. Product may not be transshipped, wholesaled onward, or sold to another retailer.
Shipping, brand and claims
Standard lead time 5–10 business days; October through December may extend to 15. Freight is prepaid and added at actual cost, with terms on larger orders open to discussion at the time of order. Each core SKU is supported for at least 12 months with 60 days' notice before removal. Damages and shortages must be reported within 5 business days with photographs; wholesale orders are otherwise final sale. Use assets and fragrance names as published — do not rename, reformulate, decant, repackage, or bundle. Territory exclusivity is not granted by default. Store upright and out of direct sunlight; shelf life is 24 months from the batch date. Tag @shopgardenalchemy on social content.
